Our Story

The idea of Green Space Spices & Co has been around as long as I have been married, and had no idea how important it would become. As a favor for our wedding guest, we decided on the idea of me making a All Purpose Rub. As a Chef, I thought nothing of it, but when I was thinking of ideas, my mind raced in so many directions, that it was hard for me to not think of new ideas and recipes.

Many years later, and my mind still has so many ideas to try out and add a new twist to current blends. Being a Chef in different environments for over 10 years has given me the blessing to expand my palate and creativity to new areas from across the world.
